The refund request is raised within the specified time period communicated at the time of purchase
The user has not accessed a substantial portion of the paid content, services, or sessions
misuse, duplication, recording, or sharing of Swastika’s content has occurred
The user has complied with all Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and usage guidelines
Failure to meet any of the above conditions will result in rejection of the refund request.
Change of mind after purchase

Partial usage or attendance of training, sessions, or services
Delay in raising the refund request beyond the allowed period
Violation of Swastika’s policies or misuse of content
Cancellation requests must be submitted strictly as per the cancellation window, if applicable, mentioned at the time of enrollment. Once services have commenced, cancellations may not be accepted.
